As an electrical engineer working in the cooling and refrigeration industry, our founder witnessed firsthand the devastating consequences of unmonitored cold storage. One night, a customer's cold room compressor failed. With no one there to notice, the temperature rose silently for hours. By morning, the entire inventory — worth tens of thousands of dollars — was destroyed.

That incident was the catalyst for FrostX. The technology to prevent this existed, but the solutions on the market were either too expensive, too complicated, or too unreliable for everyday businesses. We set out to build something different: a monitoring system that was affordable, easy to install, and smart enough to escalate alerts until someone takes action.

In the UAE, we also noticed another problem: businesses with cold rooms and chiller cabinets were required to manually record temperatures every few hours and submit reports to the health department monthly. This tedious process was prone to errors and took valuable time. FrostX automates this entirely — generating compliant reports automatically.

Today, FrostX protects over 50 businesses across the region, and we're just getting started. Our vision extends beyond monitoring — with FrostX Drive, FrostX Control, and Smart Panels on the horizon, we're building a complete ecosystem for cooling automation.
